Shipping and Return Policies

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All Sales are final! Returns are accepted if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item or your candles are damaged during shipping. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We pride in the service we provide to our customers and will always do what is fair.


• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Currently, we are only providing shipping within the US. If your order is for outside US, please contact us prior to purchasing.


• How long will it take to receive my order?

We use USPS Standard shipping with takes about 3-4 business day. Since our candles are carefully hand-poured and made fresh, your order will ship within 4-6 business days of your order placement. Orders placed on weekends/holidays or custom/made-to-order purchases may take a bit longer. We will keep you updated, should there be any delay.


• What if something is wrong with my order?
